When envisioning their luxury villa in St. Barths, the owners sought to create something that reflected their respect for nature, passion for design and love for the Caribbean. Their penchant for bold art and architecture is integrated beautifully with the island surroundings at their four-level guest residence, carved into the mountainside.
While the interior—with its five suites, extensive wine cellar and movie theatre—is impressive, the expansive outdoor spaces, with their panoramic views of the sea and Gustavia harbour, truly set the experience apart.
Two infinity-edge pools on the ground and first levels were designed as living spaces where guests can lounge poolside or gather for a meal or sunset aperitif. In selecting the pieces for the pool areas, they wanted to accent rather than compete with the striking view. To go along the water’s edge, they opted for pieces with muted tones and naturally resistant materials that were sleek yet comfortable, including Azur Single Loungers, Azur Duo Loungers and Azur Modular Sofa for the utmost comfort and functionality. For the outdoor dining areas, they wanted to bring the spirit of group dining outside with Largo Bar Stools and Largo Dining Chairs.
The villa also features an expansive 15-car underground garage. Choosing bespoke benches and button stools for the entryway brings functionality and beauty to a traditionally overlooked space.
